..."Robin is able to work with any employee and gets along well with staff and patients.  He is always trying to come up with ways to improve the unit program and goals.  He is very personable.  He was even recognized by the Joint Commision Surveyer team for his communication skills and knowledge of the unit and program.

Robin is always asking the employees for their opinion on how to run the unit and how to change it to run better.  He helped develope the level system on unit 1c and is always thinking of ways to improve the unit.

Robin enjoys working with adolescents and is always asking for help with getting the patients new and improved items on the unit for rewards for the patients that do well.  He is always trying to seek out new ideas to help out the unit.

He is always able to calm a patient down and processes well with patients.  He also has the ability to get on their level and interacts by playing basketball and volleyball with them, which tends to make the patients get along with him and respect him. 

Robin is always respectful to all employees from housekeeping to administration.  He is very friendly and gets along with everyone. He is very easy to work with and does a good job.

Robin usually does the unit tours and is very knowledgeable of the unit and the program.  He is able to joke around making the visitors comfortable to be in the hospital.

Robin is very good at realizing when a patient is getting upset and can usually difuse the problem before it becomes physical.  He is always eager to help others.

Robin is always willing to go to a special team and helps other units that call to help medicate.  He has been on committees and is willing to help anyone who asks.  He is eager to do volunteer work in the community.

Robin has always been an excellent worker and a joy to work with.  I can always depend on him to do a good job.  He gets along with everyone and is able to communicate with the patients in a positive manner.  Robin has been working for the state for over 18 years and is well known in the Hospital for his friendliness and eager to please attitude.  I believe he deserves to be employee of the quarter if not employee of the year."
