..."Mr. Blackshear has shown himself to be an excellent psych tech, not only concerning himself with helping the clients, but also assisting other staff in managing the unit. He never seems to be out of sync with the happenings on the unit and is never hesitant to confront issues that need to be dealt with. His honesty and caring has garnered great respect from the clients, allowing him to run a safe, therapeutic shift. He is in such control that it seems as if he could work the shift by himself and not have any problems. Mr. Blackshear bends over backwards to assist the clients, many of whom are neglected or flat-out abandoned by family, in feeling wanted, loved and vital. He accomplishes the same for his fellow staff. You could not find a better or more caring employee."
