Committees   A. The Executive Committee consists of all officers of the ERC. Attendance at all monthly meetings is mandatory. (If a member is not at work or has a prior commitment on the day of a meeting it shall not count against them as not being present at a ERC meeting.) The Executive Committee keeps the Committee informed of all decisions to be discussed and approved at the regular monthly meetings by sending an agenda for a meeting beforehand and the minutes of the same meeting afterward. B. The Committee consists of members from all Departments and Units of UTHCPC. C. The Chairperson of the ERC may appoint ad-hoc committees on an as needed basis with the concurrence of the Executive Committee.
