Article VII. Amendments & Adoptions
 
Proposed amendments to these Bylaws are submitted to the Chairperson in writing and must be presented at one initial meeting. They may be adopted at the next regular or special meeting by a two-thirds (2/3) affirmative vote, provided a quorum is present. Amendments take effect immediately upon adoption.
