Laarni De Guzman, BSN, RN, C is recognized for her excellent
unit preceptorship and follow-through abilities. She
supports the UTHCPC mission statement of education, by her
commitment to providing quality patient care to the patients.
As a Certified Psychiatric Nurse who advocates raising
of the bar, she continues to demonstrate her nursing
skills proficiency in her nursing care and preceptorship.
She puts the nursing students under her wings during their
unit clinical rotation and teaches them all about
psychiatric nursing. She has received several compliments
from various schools of nursing about her helpfulness. I
am proud to recognize these positive attributes
of hers that results in a positive outcome for the hospital,
internal and external customers.
