Personnel Systems Management provides quality customer service related to timekeeping, payroll issues, human resources, meeting JCAHO human resource standards, maintenance of payroll & human resource databases, orchestrates recruitment & retention efforts, timely and accurate payrolls.

The UT Psychiatry Library supports the missions of the University of Texas Harris County Psychiatric Center and the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences of the Medical School of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. It is a member of the Texas Health Science Libraries Consortium, sharing an integrated library system and many electronic resources.
