Welcome to The University of Texas Harris County Psychiatric Center (UTHCPC) Outpatient Mental Health Services.

Relationships, work, school and home life can suffer as a result of mental illnesses. Thousands of people live with mental illnesses every day, and some are not even aware, themselves, of the problem. However, unlike the images we often see in books, on television and at the movies, many people with mental illnesses can lead productive, fulfilling lives with proper treatment and support. Making the decision to seek or continue treatment is a positive step toward improving your quality of life. Help is but a phone call away.

UTHCPC Outpatient Mental Health Services are provided for children, ages 3 to 17 and adults ages 18 and up.

If you or someone you love needs help with mental illness or general counseling, please call our facility today for a confidential assessment. We want to help you or assist you in locating the right source.
We can be reached at (713) 500-8800.
