The old KRONOS time
clocks will be disabled on July 31st at 7 p.m. and physically
removed on Monday, August 2nd. As of August 1st, there will
be only three new KRONOS time clocks located in the hospital,
one on each floor. The locations of the clocks are as follows:
1st floor - loading dock hallway
2nd floor - in hallway outside of 2A-07 (Social Services Clinics)
3rd floor - inside of the copy room off main corridor
The new time clocks will require the use of the employee ID
number and the touch of a finger. Any employee who has not had
their finger points measured need to come by PSM between 7:30
and 4:30 before July 30th. We will have a PSM staff member in
the PSM department on Saturday from 5:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m.
to accommodate weekend staff who have not already had their finger
points measured. Employees who do not have their finger points
in the time clock database will not be able to utilize the time
clock as of 7 p.m. Saturday, July 31st. Employees working the
evening shift will be required to utilize their employee ID and
finger to clock out at the end of their shift as well as night
staff coming in at 11 p.m. on Saturday.
